Information and cancellation conditions
- The prices for the apartments are indicated in Euro for the specified persons per week.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Dogs and other pets are allowed only on request.
- It is possible to check in from 2 pm onwards on the arrival day.
- On the departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment within 9 am.
- For any damage, the responsibility is of the guest, who must be liable.
Reservation conditions
The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
For a fix reservation we kindly ask you to send us a written confirmation (E-mail) and to transfer the deposit to our bank account.
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation of the reserved holiday, the deposit will not be returned. For cancellations made 14 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of the reserved stay. In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the total amount.
We recommend to take out cancellation insurance.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax of 1.45 € per person and night is not included in the total price of your stay.
Kids and teenagers under 14 years are exempt.
